Tap Out Your Cortices!

This is one of the core techniques of the BodyTalk System.  It is extremely simple and immediately enhances the balance of the brain.  Some of the benefits include:

1 – resetting the brain’s fight or flight system, which can turn everything into fight/flight/stress
2 – reduction in stress, trauma, or shock in the body
3 – improved communication between the right and left halves of the brain
